I normally don't participate in this meme since so many times the books you are anxiously waiting for are the same every week, so anyway, I am not going into great detail on who started the meme (I honestly have no clue LOL) but will say the purpose is to spread your giddy anticipation onto someone else about a book you just can't wait for it to get released.
